SHIPPING POLICIES

SEEDTIME Apparel will send the products purchased by the customer through its direct sales channels. SEEDTIME Apparel offers two shipping alternatives: free shipping , when the purchase value exceeds $200,000 (two hundred thousand Colombian pesos) and standard shipping , which has an additional cost and varies according to the destination city. Shipping will always be charged when the product is sent under warranty, and in the review of the product it is determined that the damage is due to misuse by the customer and not a manufacturing defect. Likewise, the customer will bear the shipping costs when changes in size, color or reference are made.

SEEDTIME Apparel will ship through the courier company that has coverage at the place of delivery of the product. Likewise, the customer will be notified of the company with which the shipment was made and the tracking number so that it can be tracked.

SEEDTIME Apparel has two shipping alternatives for the customer to choose from, cataloged as follows:

1. Free shipping: This shipping method covers the entire country and delivery times will depend on the buyer's location, being approximately 3 business days in major cities and up to 8 business days in other locations. Free shipping will be provided if and only if the purchase value is equal to or greater than $200,000 (two hundred thousand Colombian pesos).

2. Standard shipping: This shipping method applies to all cities in Colombia; and delivery times will depend on the buyer's location, being approximately 3 business days in main cities and up to 8 business days in other locations.

Business or business days are understood to be those corresponding days from Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count for shipping methods.

Delivery times will be the responsibility of the transport companies. Once the purchase is made, SEEDTIME Apparel will notify the customer by email of the status of their order and, in turn, will attach the tracking guide so that they can check the status of their order themselves. SEEDTIME Apparel will not interfere with carrier delivery times.

Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. If you have any concerns with the shipping of the product, you can contact us by email seedtimeapparel@gmail.com or WhatsApp line 57+3209949583 .

The product may be received by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the guide provided by the carrier will be sufficient.

If the product shows signs of damage or breakage in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it in the carrier's guide as an observation and notify us by email. seedtimeapparel@gmail.com or WhatsApp line 57+3209949583 .

Likewise, we request that when opening the package, the customer films the opening, in order to verify that the contents of the product have not been altered.
